Brinner #2

Josh and I enjoyed brinner so much the other night, we decided to add brinner to the menu yet again. This time, we opted for a skillet-style meal with hash browns, scrambled eggs (again, organic and cage-free), Canadian bacon (no beady eyes and flappy heads required), and sharp cheddar. I wasn't thrilled with the hash browns.. they just would not crisp up correctly (without using outrageous amounts of oil), but they still tasted great as part of the meal
